Veggie Mix Peanut Butter Noodles
Ingredients
½ cup boiled rice noodles
1 tbsp of sesame oil
2 cups of tofu
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
½ teaspoon of minced garlic
1 cup spring onion (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 cup bell peppers (yellow, red, green cut into long strips)
½ cup finely grated carrots
½ cup peanut butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions;
Oil is added to a pan that is already hot.
Add the tofu, salt, and pepper after the oil has heated up.
Allow the tofu to fry thoroughly for a few minutes while stirring it occasionally with a spoon.
Add the onion and garlic once the tofu has been thoroughly cooked.
After thoroughly stirring the ingredients, cook for 2 minutes.
After that, include bell peppers, spring onions, and soy sauce in it.
Mix everything thoroughly, then sauté the mixture for three to four minutes.
Now stir in 1/2 cup of peanut butter to the mixture.
Finally, stir in the noodles before turning off the heat.
The food is now prepared. You can now enjoy it.
