Crispy fried bitter gourd salad        

This bitter gourd salad is vegetarian, but if anyone wants to taste it, now is the time. because this salad is so delicious. Also, bitter gourd is a very nutritious food. Do you know that even though it is a bit bitter, it has a strange taste?

 

 


Ingredients

200g Bitter gourd 

1 1/2 cups of oil   (for bitter gourd slices frying)

1 medium sized onion

1 medium sized tomato

2 green chilies

1 tsp lime juice

¼ tsp pepper

 Salt to taste


Method of frying bitter gourd

Step 1                                     

Wash the bitter gourd well.    

Step 2                                          
Cut the bitter gourd into thin slices.

Step 3

After that put a deep frying pan on the stove and put 1 1/2 cups of oil in it  and heat it well.

Step 4

The oil is heated, put the bitter gourd slices in the hot oil and fry them till golden brown. Remove bitter gourd slices drain on absorbent paper, and keep warm. repeat until all bitter gourd  slices have been fried.


Let's prepare the other necessary things for the bitter gourd salad.

Onion, tomato and green chilies cut thinly.

Now that the ingredients are ready,

let's go make the salad.

Take a bowl and add onions, tomatoes, green chillies, salt, pepper and lime to it and mix well. 

Finally, add the fried bitter gourd to the above mixture, mix well and serve immediately.  

                                          

Tips to increase the taste

If you don't like bitter taste, you can add some mayonnaise sauce to this.

You can add red, green, yellow bell pepper to this salad. Then there is taste and beauty.
